Dispatch & Security

We value your time and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. To ensure the highest level of reliability and security for our archival pieces, all shipments are sent fully insured via DHL Express with signature on delivery. A dedicated tracking link will be provided to your email immediately upon dispatch.

International Duties & Import Taxes

For all orders delivered outside the European Union, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local consumption taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations & Regulatory Exclusions (EPR)

We currently offer direct insured shipping to a curated selection of countries (including Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan and many more). The complete and up-to-date list of direct shipping zones is selectable at checkout.

Due to regional Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations and localized packaging compliance frameworks across the EU, we do not offer direct delivery to certain territories—including France, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, and Austria.

Ordering via Independent Mail Forwarding

If your residence is located in an excluded region or a non-direct destination, you are welcome to complete your purchase using an independent third-party mail forwarding service:

  1. Acquire a Forwarding Address: Register with an independent package forwarding provider of your choice to obtain a local delivery address within one of our supported shipping zones (e.g., Germany).

  2. Place Your Order: Enter the forwarding facility's address—including your unique personal suite, unit, or client ID—as the Shipping Address at checkout. Enter your official residential address as the Billing Address.

  3. Order Completion & Fulfillment: Once DHL Express delivers the parcel to the specified forwarding hub and proof of delivery (signature) is established, our contract of carriage and order fulfillment is fully satisfied. The onward transit, export/import management, and handling are carried out under your direct, separate agreement with your chosen forwarding provider
